The residential project establishes itself as a 3 story home completely encased in vegetation and different garden typologies. The main concept of this being to have the home deep into the idea of a constant garden, which raises the possibility of creating microclimates that protect the different views the project has. With this, the project transitions from unique garden typologies, providing bioclimatic solutions for the comfort of the interior spaces.
With the interaction of 3 surrounding outdoor areas, the dependencies for each one become unique, yet cohesive. Where the project demands clean, relaxing spaces, the birth of 2 outdoor patios becomes relevant, only differing in their uses; one being a relaxing outdoor patio, and another being a social patio with a playhouse and a bar alongside a fire pit. The lawn becomes the main attraction with its scale, being the intermedium between the context and the home itself, along with a tall layer of greenery as a visible barrier of the residential project. The use of permeable flooring throughout the landscaping project such as gravel and bricks becomes necessary, and simbiotic with the plants.
