Casa Roja stands out in MUSA as a residential project with authority. Its central concept consists with the regeneration of the site, adding new tropical species in the ecosystem with the purpose of improving soil and water retention. A productive softscape is also an important part of the project, with fruit trees are integrated into the residence along with edible gardens. As a house that resides seaside, topography resulted as a priority to be maintained. This also was necessary to understand to preserve beach views without losing privacy.
