Narcea / Private Residence

This single family residence is located outside Madrid in a community overlooking the city. We are working in the remodeling of an existing residence to be adapted to a new family. Functionality and a very contemporary sense of style. Alongisde with the owner and design team, we have worked to add a pool terrace with BBQ and sundeck, fire pit, tree house and a multifunctional lawn area.
